Another pre-Xmas slap in the face for Qantas workers who were asked to work for free and all those still waiting for their promised bogus bonus after a 4-year wage freeze.
The company sent staff a Ho-Ho-Hoax email that said “to celebrate the end of the year and the holiday season ahead, we are giving away $500 gift cards….be quick.”
But those who attempted to enter received a reply saying: “You’ve been phished”. The email was a training tool to avoid spam.
There were no gift cards. Merry Christmas.
