Unrine testing ruled unjust by the FWA

FWA has ruled in favour of saliva tests for drugs and alcohol testing.

Senior Deputy President Jonathon Hamberger has ruled that urine testing was an unreliable indictor of impairment and it’s introduction unjust and unreasonable.
