Vic Gov puts cash above care

The Victorian Government is putting cash above care.

Their proposed changes to the TAC reduce the rights of people to claim after transport accidents. The changes are wide ranging but particularly affect people suffering a psychiatric injury. They also unfairly increase the powers of the TAC in medical assessments and restrict people’s rights to access medical reports that support their claims.
