The Branch’s register of members and financial records are maintained in accordance with the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 and the Fair.
Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009.
In accordance with Fair Work Good Governance requirements, the Branch appoints an independent auditor to provide reports (see below) on its financial processes and financial statements. The latter are also lodged with the Fair Work Commission and published in the TWU News.
