Protected Action BallotHOW TO VOTE

Transdev Workshop Enterprise Agreement 2018 was voted down by 87.75% of members/workers. 

On 16 March, 2018, the Fair Work Commission issued a protected action ballot order to be conducted by the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). 

  • Ballot papers will be posted to members on 22 March

  • The ballot will close on 17 April at 10am

  • You must post/return your ballot no later than 12 April

 

Vote YES to all the proposed actions on the ballot paper as follows:

The following questions/actions shall be put to all Union members only in support of reaching an Enterprise Agreement. Please fill the ballot paper by ticking YES to the following questions:

  1. An unlimited number of stoppages of the performance of work of 2 hours in duration? √ Yes

  2. An unlimited number of stoppages of the performance of work of 4 hours in duration?  Yes

  3. An unlimited number of stoppages of the performance of work of 24 hours in duration?  Yes

  4. An unlimited number of stoppages of the performance of work of 48 hours in duration?  Yes

  5. A ban on performing overtime? Yes

  6. A unlimited number of bans on attending any Company meetings (but this does not include safety meetings)  Yes

  7. An indefinite stoppage of work?  Yes
